Abstract:
Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na přiblížení a vysvětlení pojmu diskriminace, ageismus, stárnutí a stáří a oblastí, kterých se problematika dotýká. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the concept of discrimination, ageism, aging, old age and areas involved in the issues discussed.
