Abstract:
Anotace a klíčová slova Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení problematiky oceňování nemovitostí a popsání jednotlivých metod oceňování. V praktické části jsou vypracována dvě ocenění pro určení tržní hodnoty nemovitého majetku. Jedná se o ocenění pozemku – stavební parcely a ocenění administrativní budovy.
