Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku lokalit, které již neslouží svému původnímu využití, zůstaly opuštěné a dále chátrají. Tyto lokality se nazývají brownfields. Předmětem práce je analýza brownfields v okrese Most. Úvodní část se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů, uvedením do problematiky se zaměřením na klasifikaci brownfields. Následující část je věnována charakteristice předmětného regionu a analýze brownfields, které se zde nacházejí. Poslední část popisuje revitalizační procesy a jejich příklady v daném území.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the locations that no longer serve their original purpose; sites, which have been abandoned and are falling into disrepair. These locations are called brownfields. The aim of this work is the analysis of brownfields in the Most district. The introductory part deals with the explanation of basic concepts and introduces the classification of brownfields. The following part is devoted to the characteristics of the region and the analysis of the brownfields located there. The last part describes the revitalization processes in this area and gives the examples of such revitalization.
