Práce se zabývá osobním managmentem se zvláštním důrazem na celostní systém znalostního pracovníka, důvěru a důvěryhodnost. Pomocí analýzy celostního systému a odpovědí na otázku "Kdo jsem?", od vybraného respondenta, autorce následně poslouží k návrhům na zkvalitnění úrovně osobního managementu se zaměřením, jak na oblast důvěry, tak i důvěryhodnosti. Abstract:
The thesis deals with personal management with special emphasis on the holistic system of the knowledge worker, trust and credibility. Using a holistic system analysis and answering the question "Who am I?" from a selected respondent, the author is then able to make suggestions for improving the level of personal management, focusing on both trust and trustworthiness.
