Comparation of family and franchisee business in gastronomical service
Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce „Komparace rodinného a franchisového podniku v gastronomickém provozu“ se zabývá komparací dvou podniků. Konkrétně se jedná o podnik Restaurant Na Kurtech vedený partnery a druhým podnikem je franchisový podnik Potrefená husa v Bohnicích v Praze 8. Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat výše uvedené podniky s odlišnou právní formou.
Abstract:
Presented bachelor’s dissertation „The comparison of family and franchise businesses in gastronomic operations“ is focused on the comparison of two businesses. Specifically the work focuses on Restaurant Na Kurtech which is led by partners and the second business is franchise Potrefená Husa located in Bohnice in Prague 8.
