Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se dělí na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá dnes běžně používanými metodami k optimalizaci výrobního toku. Zabývá se historií a principy těchto metod. Popisuje jejich hlavní vlastnosti, jejich výhody a nevýhody. V praktické části se nachází popis projektu, který byl řešen v rámci pracovní spolupráce s firmou Rohde & Schwarz.
Abstract:
The presented thesis is divided into two theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the now commonly used methods for optimizing production flow. Furthermore, it deals with the history and principles of these methods. Thesis then describes the main characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
