Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému Czech POINT. První část obsahuje základní pojmy týkající se reformy veřejné správy v České republice, její časové vymezení a hlavní cíle. Druhá část blíže popisuje proces elektronizace veřejné správy.
