The Share Capital of the Company
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the share capital of business companies. It focuses on the share capital of capital companies. The first chapter describes business companies and share capital. In the second chapter, the share capital creation is analyzed. The third chapter is oriented on the share capital of capital companies.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá základným imaním v obchodných spoločnostiach. Orientuje sa na základné imanie v kapitálových spoločnostiach. Prvá kapitola sa zameriava na obchodné spoločnosti a základné imanie. V druhej kapitole analyzujeme tvorbu základného imania. V tretej kapitole sa venujeme základnému imaniu kapitálových spoločností.
