Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává nad tématem „Finanční řízení rodinných podniků‘‘. Jejím cílem je finančně porovnat dva stavební podniky za uplynulé roky 2019-2020. Nejprve je v teoretické části dopodrobna vysvětlen pojem,, rodinný podnik‘‘ a finanční stránka s ním spojená. Dále práce popisuje silné i slabé stránky podnikání v rodinném kruhu a problémy, které mohou nastat v souvislosti s prolínáním osobní roviny s rovinou pracovní a s tím možnou hrozbou zániku. V následující části této bakalářské práce je popsáno nástupnictví mladší generace do rodinných podniků a v neposlední řadě jsou zde vypsané možné druhy financování podniku. Poté text přechází do aplikační části, kde jsou popsány a porovnány za pomocí rozvah, výsledovek a finančních analýz dva stavební podniky. První firma ADAPTA, spol. s.r.o. je nerodinného typu a mnou osobně oslovená společnost BONEK s.r.o. je firma naopak rodinného typu. Díky výsledkům z již z míněných ukazatelů je možné určit, že oba stavební podniky jsou na tom velice dobře a oba podniky nijak významně nepoškodila ani pandemie COVID-19. Nicméně společnost BONEK s.r.o. je na tom oproti firmě ADAPTA, spol s.r.o. o poznání lépe. Nakonec je důležité poznamenat, že mnou zjištěné informace o definici rodinného podnikání v ČR nejsou staré více než dva roky a díky tomu není práce obohacena o porovnání s jinými staršími bakalářskými pracemi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of "Financial management of family businesses". Its goal is to financially compare two construction companies for the past years 2019-2020. First, in the theoretical part, the term "family business" and the financial side associated with it are explained in detail. Furthermore, the work describes the strengths and weaknesses of business in the family circle and the problems that may arise in connection with the intermingling of the personal level with the work level and with it the possible threat of extinction. In the following part of this bachelor's thesis, the succession of the younger generation to family businesses is described, and last but not least, possible types of business financing are listed here. Then the text moves to the application part, where two construction companies are described and compared with the help of balance sheets, results and financial analyses. The first company ADAPTA, spol. s.r.o. is of a non-family type and the company I personally approached is BONEK s.r.o. on the contrary, it is a family-type company. Thanks to the results from the already mentioned indicators, it is possible to determine that both construction companies are doing very well and both companies were not significantly damaged by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the company BONEK s.r.o. compared to ADAPTA, s.r.o. much better. Finally, it is important to note that the information I found about the definition of family business in the Czech Republic is not more than two years old, and because of this, the work is not enriched by comparison with other older bachelor theses.
