Synthesis of CypD inhibitors derived from N-4-aminobenzyl-N'-(2-(2-arylpyrrolidin)-2-oxoethyl)urea

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou inhibitorů cyklofilinu D, které jsou od-vozené od N‐4‐aminobenzyl‐N′‐(2‐(2‐arylpyrrolidin)‐2‐oxoethyl)močoviny. V teoretické části je popsán mitochondriální pór přechodné propustnosti a jeho struktura. Dále práce popisuje cyklofiliny, a to především cyklofilin A a cyklofilin D. V teoretické části jsou také uvedeny a charakterizovány některé přírodní a nízko-molekulární inhibitory cyklofilinu D. V experimentální části je popsána syntéza 3 nízkomolekulárních inhibitorů cyklofilinu D.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the synthesis of cyclophilin D inhibitors, which are derived from N‐4‐aminobenzyl‐N′‐(2‐(2‐arylpyrrolidine)‐2‐oxoethyl)urea. The theoretical part describes the mitochondrial permeability transition pore and its structure. Furthermore, the thesis describes cyclophilins, especially cyclophilin A and cyclophilin D. In the theoretical part, some natural and small molecule inhibi-tors of cyclophilin D are also presented and characterized. In the experimental part is described the synthesis of three small molecule inhibitors of cyclophilin D.
