Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje popsání systému quorum sensing bakterie Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Obsah práce se zabývá obecným popisem systému quorum sensing a popisem mechanismu fungování, dále je charakterizována bakterie Pseudomonas aeruginosa a její patogenita. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá konkrétním popisem systému quorum sensing u této bakterie.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with Pseudomonas aeruginosa quorum sensing system. It deals with a general description of the quorum sensing system, characterization of bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its pathogenicity. The final chapter deals with a specific description of the quorum sensing system in this bacteria.
