Selected adverse effects in personnel management of workers in social services

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nežádoucích jevů personálního managementu, který se prezentuje v oblasti sociálních služeb. Jedná se o téma, které je v současné době, velice aktuální a jehož smysl neustále nabírá na významu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce prezentuje, vymezuje a definuje mobbing, bossing a staffing (vymezuje jejich příčiny vzniku, formy, definuje účastníky negativního pracovního jednání, chování apod.). Praktická část se zaměřuje na realizaci kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, jehož technikou sběru dat je dotazníkové šetření, které bylo realizováno u pracovníků státního sektoru. Výzkumným problémem je zjištění jak vysoké jsou znalosti pracovníků sociálních služeb o problematice týkající se mobbingu, staffingu a bossingu. Základní soubor pro výzkumné šetření je tvořen pracovníky v sociálních službách na území měst Uhlířské Janovice, Kutná Hora a Zruč nad Sázavou. Výběr respondentů do výzkumného vzorku je stanoven kvótním výběrem, kdy je snahou jednotlivce vybírat napříč celým spektrem pracovní hierarchie a s rozmanitou mírou moci. Výzkumný vzorek je tvořen 100 respondenty. Bakalářská práce se snaží o zjištění, zda a v jaké míře jsou nežádoucí jevy personálního managementu na pracovištích rozšířeny, zda je u pracovníků realizována osvěta, která se týká informovanosti zaměstnanců o problematice nežádoucích jevů personálního managementu na pracovišti (tj. o mobbingu, bossingu a staffingu) a o možnostech jejího řešení, popř. o prevenci negativního pracovního chování a jednání mezi pracovníky navzájem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the problematic of the personal managment´s undesired phenomena. Personal management presents itself in the social services. It is a topic which is really actual nowadays and whose purpose is getting more and more important. The theoretical part introduces and defines terms such as mobbing, bossing and staffing (it specifies the causes of their appearance , the forms of these phenomena, it defines the participants of negative working actions, etc.). The practical part is focused on the quantitative research realization. The author used the questionnaire survey method and he interviewed the state sector workers. The research problem is finding out how high the knowledge of social services´ workers is and their awareness of mobbing, staffing and bossing. The basic group of social services´ workers, which was used for the research, comes from Uhlířské Janovice, Kutná Hora and Zruč nad Sázavou. The respondents´ choice for the research is set by the quota choice (the author tried to choose the respondents from every position with different rate of power in the workplace). The research sample contains 100 respondents. This bachelor thesis is trying to find out whether there are any undesired phenomena and their appearance in personal managment, the realization of englightment (mobbing, bossing and staffing) what do the workers know about the undesired phenomena in personal managment and what do they know about the problem´s solution possibilities or about the prevention of negative working behaviour and acting between workers themselves.
