Project evaluation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení projektu. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení konkrétního projektu v obci Erpužice. K dosažení tohoto cíle bylo nutné definovat základní procesy projektového managementu a jednotlivé metody používané pro hodnocení projektů. Tyto definice jsou popsány v teoretické práci. Teoretická část práce dále obsahuje charakteristiku Fondů Evropské unie a popis procesu žádosti o dotaci. V praktické části je představena obec společně s projektem, který byl pro hodnocení vybrán. Vlastní hodnocení je provedeno ve třech etapách. Poslední dvě etapy projektu jsou hodnoceny metodou EVM. V závěru práce byly vyhodnoceny konečné výsledky hodnocení projektu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on Project evaluation. The main objective is to evaluate a specific project in the municipality of Erpužice. To achieve this goal it was necessary to define the basic project management processes and the individual methods which are used for project evaluation. These definitions are described in the theoretical part of work. The theoretical part of the thesis also contains the characteristics of the European Union Funds and a description of the grant application process. In the practical part, the municipality is presented together with the project which is selected for evaluation. Self-evaluation is done in three stages. The last two stages of the project are evaluated by the EVM method. At the end of the thesis the final results of the project evaluation were evaluated.
