Otázky smyslu života a cesty k jeho uchopení jsou nedílnou součástí všech náboženství. Práce studuje shody a odlišnosti při hledání odpovědí na otázku smyslu života. Práce sleduje formování a proměny těchto představ v dějinách křesťanství a buddhismu. Questions about the meaning of life and the way toward grasping it are an integral part of all religions. This thesis studies similarities and differences between these ideas. It tracks the formation and development of these ideas during the history of Christianity and Buddhism.
