Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá společenstvy mykofágního hmyzu z řádu Diptera ve vybraných lesích Slezských Beskyd. Výzkum probíhal na 2 biotopech, které byly vybrány podle odlišného porostu, nadmořské výšky a věku stromů. Na základě druhové diverzity byly mezi sebou obě lokality porovnány. Vzorky plodnic terestrických hub napadených řádem Diptera byly sbírány během roku 2013, od května do listopadu. Celkem bylo zaznamenáno 27 druhů řádu Diptera, patřících do 7 čeledí, které byly vychovány z 33 druhů terestrických hub. Nejvíce druhů náleželo do čeledi Mycetophilidae (15), ostatní čeledi nebyly zastoupeny více než 3 druhy. Na území České republiky byla poprvé zaznamenána přítomnost 2 druhů z čeledi Anthomyiidae. Celkem ze 102 vzorků byla v 19 případech zaznamenána přítomnost 3 čeledí z řádu Hymenoptera představující parazitoidy dvoukřídlého hmyzu. Nejvíce zastoupená byla čeleď Ichneumonidae, jejíž výskyt byl výrazně ovlivněn lokalitou (p.value< 0.001).

Abstract:

This thesis deals with communities of mycophagous insects from the order Diptera in selected forests of the Slezské Beskydy Mts. The research was carried out at 2 habitats which were chosen on the basis of different growth, altitude and age of trees. Both habitats were compared in terms of species diversity. The samples of terrestrial fungi infested by Diptera were collected from May to November in 2013. A total of 27 species of Diptera belonging to 7 families which developed in 33 species of terrestrial fungi were registered during the year 2013. Most of the species belonged to the family Mycetophilidae (15), the rest of families was not represented by more than 3 species. Two species from the family Anthomyiidae were recorded from the Czech Republic for the first time. Presence of 3 families from the order Hymenoptera, representing parasitoids of dipterous insects, was recorded in 19 out of the total of 102 samples. Ichneumonidae was the most abundant parasitoid family and its occurrence was influenced by location (p.value< 0.001).
