The bachelor thesis deals with the life of patients diagnosed with schizophrenia hospitalized in the Psychiatric Hospital in Dobřany. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the mental illness of schizophrenia. It contains basic information about schizophrenia, the course of the disease, forms of the di-sease and treatment options.
