Jedna z forem insolvenčního řízení pro fyzické osoby je oddlužení, které je řešeno zákonem č. 186/2006 Sb. Zákon o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení v České republice a zákonem č. 7/2005 Z. z. o konkurze a reštrukturalizácii a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov pro Slovenskou republiku. The aim of this thesis is to describe all basic forms of insolvency proceedings and focuses on debt settlement from the perspective of the amendments themselves in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
