Verification of NPK fertilizer potential and stimulants in the production of bare-root planting material.

Abstract:

V předkládané diplomové práci je hodnocen vliv hnojiv typu NPK, vápenatého hnojiva a organominerálního tekutého stimulačního přípravku na zaškolkované smrkové sazenice. Konkrétně se jedná o pomalu rozpustná hnojiva řady Silvamix® (Silvamix® R, Silvamix® R se stimulátory, Silvamix® F, Silvamix® A), Vápnitý dolomit a organominerální přípravek Vermaktiv Stimul. V této práci je hodnocen vliv výše zmíněných přípravků s ohledem na živiny odebrané z asimilačního aparátu smrku ztepilého (Picea abies /L./ Karsten). Rovněž byly hodnoceny půdní parametry a živiny obsažené v půdě v zóně rhizosféry. Výzkum probíhal na školkařských tabulích lesní školky Budišov a Dykovy lesní školky. U půd byl zjišťován vliv aplikovaných přípravků po dvou letech od aplikace a obsah živin z asimilačních aparátů sazenic byl zjišťován prvním i druhým rokem po aplikaci přípravků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis contains evaluation of the influence of NPK fertilizers, calcium fertilizer and organomineral liquid stimulating product on transplanted spruce seedlings. Specifically slowly soluble fertilizers of the Sylvamix® series (Sylvamix® R, Sylvamix® R with stimulators, Sylvamix® F, Sylvamix® A), dolomitic limestone and organomineral Vermaktiv Stimul. In the thesis the influence of the mentioned products is evaluated with regard to nutrients taken from the assimilation apparatus of Norway spruce (Picea abies / L./ Karsten). Soil parameters and nutrients contained in a soil in the rhizosphere zone were also evaluated. The research was carried out on the nursery boards of the forest nursery Budišov and Dykovy forest nursery. The influence of applied preparations was assessed in the soil two years after application and the content of nutrients from the assimilation apparatuses of seedlings was examined for the first and second year after the application of the preparations.
