Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace a poskytovaných benefitů ve spořitelním družstvu Moravský Peněžní Ústav. Cílem této práce je na základě provedení analýzy navrhnout možnosti řešení, které by zdokonalily a zlepšily současnou situaci zkoumané oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě oblasti. The subject of the thesis is the Analysis of Motivation and Benefits in the Savings Cooperative Moravský Peněžní Ústav.
