The morality and law

Abstract:

Law and morality have always influenced the behavior of human society throughout its existence. The gradual development of these two effects is their impact on society and changing either one or the other company considered to be of greater importance. Although the law and morality, respectively legal and moral standards of each other in certain points that differ, both are the pillar of society and behavior largely affect it. Both of these phenomena as constitute a kind of system rules by which human society in the management of individual situations. The difference between these two phenomena lies in their respect. The case law is, "fear" that a violation of these rules will be sanctioned by society. When it comes to morality, It is not a tool of coercion by governments, in the case is used individual conscience of man.

Abstract:

Právo a morálka odjakživa ovplyvňovali správanie ľudskej spoločnosti po celý čas jej existencie. Postupným vývojom týchto dvoch fenoménov sa ich vplyv na spoločnosť menil a väčší význam sa pripisoval vždy jednému z nich. Aj keď sa právo a morálka, resp. právne a morálne normy od seba v istých bodoch odlišujú, oba sú stavebným pilierom správania spoločnosti a do veľkej miery ju ovplyvňujú. Oba tieto fenomény tvoria akýsi systém pravidiel podľa ktorého sa ľudská spoločnosť správa v jednotlivých situáciách. Rozdiel medzi týmito dvoma fenoménmi spočíva v ich vzájomnom rešpektovaní. V prípade práva je to ,,strach“, že porušením týchto pravidiel bude spoločnosť sankcionovaná. Pokiaľ sa jedná o morálku, tá nemá k dispozícii nástroj donútenia prostredníctvom štátnej moci, v jej prípade rozhoduje svedomie jednotlivca.
