Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku krevních transfuzí. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny poznatky z historie krevních transfuzí, krevních skupin, transfuzních přípravků a krevních derivátů, předtransfuzního vyšetření, přípravy a samotného podání krevní transfuze, potransfuzních reakcí. Bachelor thesis deals with problems of blood transfusion. In theoretical part of thesis are introduced pieces of knowledge from history of blood transfusion, blood groups, transfusion products and blood derivative, pre-transfusion physical examination, preparation of blood transfusion and transfusion, post-transfusion reactions.
