Tématem práce je doba pro zánik odpovědnosti za přestupek. Práce je zaměřena na aspekt uplynutí doby zániku odpovědnosti za přestupek, v závislosti na její stavění a přerušení, při komparaci stávající právní úpravy v oblasti přestupkového řízení s předcházející právní úpravou.
