Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením zásob ve společnosti Anubis, s.r.o. Cíl je zaměřen na současný stav řízení zásob. Prostřednictvím provedených analýz jsou navržena doporučení pro podnik, jak by mohl postupovat ke zlepšení tohoto systému. Práce se dělí na dvě části. This thesis deals with the stock management at Anubis, Ltd. The primary objective is focused on the current state of inventory management.
