Diplomová práca je zameraná na problematiku hypotekárnych úverov, konkrétne hypotekárnych úrokových sadzieb. Cieľom diplomovej práce je stanovenie konkurencieschopnej politiky úrokových sadzieb hypotekárnych úverov pre vybranú banku. The diploma thesis is focused on problematic of mortgage loans, specifically interest rates. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to set competitive policy of the interest rates of mortgage loans for chosen bank.
