Práce se zabývá genezí územní samosprávy ve Francii a jejím srovnáním se vznikem územní samosprávy v ČR. This thesis analyzes the system of local government and administrative system in France, its historic evolution,local authorities, their powers, competences and relations between local government and state. Then it provides a comparation with the system of local goverment in the Czech Republic.
