The Review of Testimony Site

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistickou metodou prověrkou výpovědi na místě. Teoretická část práce uvádí specifikace této kriminalistické metody, její právní úpravu i její historii. Dále se tato práce věnuje i popisu dalších kriminalistických metod a jejich rozdílu s prověrkou výpovědi na místě. Je zde samozřejmě uvedena i taktika provedení této metody, její příprava i dokumentace. Praktická část práce se věnuje především rozdílu pohledu na prověrku výpovědi na místě ze strany policie a ze strany advokátů prostřednictvím rozhovorů s příslušníky Policie ČR a s členy České advokátní komory. Dále praktická část také obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, které je určené jak pro příslušníky Policie ČR, tak i pro členy České advokátní komory stejně jako je tomu u rozhovorů. Tato bakalářská práce také obsahuje průzkum využití prověrky výpovědi na místě v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the forensic method of the review of testimony site. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the specifications of this forensic method, its legal regulation and its history. Furthermore, this work also deals with the description of other methods in criminalistics and their difference from the review of testimony site. Of course the tactics of implementing this method, its preparation and documentation are also given here. The practical part of the thesis deals mainly with the difference between the review of testimony site from the perspective of both police and advocates. It is done through interviews with members of the Police of the Czech Republic and members of the Czech Bar Association. The practical part also contains a questionnaire survey, which is intended for both members of the Police of the Czech Republic and members of the Czech Bar Association, as is the case with interviews. This bachelor thesis also contains a survey of the use of the review of testimony site.
