Abstract:

V doprovodném textu shrnuji mé inspirace a momenty vedoucí k rozhodnutí zabývat se ilustrací jako svou bakalářskou prací. Objasňuji, proč jsem si vybrala básnickou sbírku českého autora Ladislava Fikara, jakým způsobem jsem uvažovala nad jeho textem a důvody jak a proč jsem při tvorbě ilustrací postupovala. Vycházím z mnoha symbolických významů a asociací, které texty navozují. Krátce se zamýšlím nad básnickým textem a osobností jeho autora. Zmiňuji se o technických postupech a materiálu, který jsem použila během tvorby, stejně jako o vhodnosti výsledného zpracování celého díla jako knihy. Dále nastiňuji krátký pohled na současnou situaci knižní ilustrace u nás a zmiňuji několik ilustrátorů, kteří určitou měrou ovlivnili směr mé cesty v této práci.

Abstract:

In this supplementary text I summarize my inspirations and moments leads to the decision to be concerned with illustration as my bachelor’s thesis. I describe why I choose the book of poetry Samotín written by Czech author Ladislav Fikar, the way I have been thinking about his text and the reasons why and how I create the illustrations. I result from many symbolic meanings and associations, which the text evokes. I give some thoughts about the poetical text and the personality of its author. I mention some technical procedures and material I’ve used during the creation same as the advantages of processing the resulting piece as a book. I also sketch out a short view of present situation of the book illustration in Czech republic an d I mention a few of illustrators, who influenced my way in this work.
