Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce s názvem Viniční tratě na Mělnicku se věnuje jednotlivým viničním tratím, jejich odrůdové skladbě, vlastnickým vztahům, způsobu vedení révy a dalším aspektům terroir. Region se nachází zhruba 25 kilometrů na sever od Prahy. V práci je také charakterizován daný region, včetně klimatu, půdy. Součástí práce je také analýza vín z odrůdy Ryzlink rýnský a všeobecné shrnutí jednotlivých aspektů terroir.

Abstract:

The bachalor thesis entitled Vineyard routes of Mělník region deals with individual vineyard routes, its variety composition, ownership relations, training systems and another aspects of terroir. The region is located 25 kilometres north of Prague. In the thesis given region is characterised including climate and soil. Analysis of Riesling wines and general summary of individual aspects of terroir is also part of the thesis.
