Stress in the Teaching Profession

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis "Stress in the Teaching Profession" in the theoretical part explains the term “stress,” its division and manifestations of stress in selected situations. It also deals with a personality of a teacher and managing stress in the teaching profession. The practical part consists of research, which was attended by teaching staff at the Tyrše Elementary School in Česká Lipa and its main aim was to answer the research question: "What does a job satisfaction and stress in the teaching profession depend on?"

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca „Stres v učiteľskej profesii“ sa v teoretickej časti zaoberá vysvetlením pojmu stres, jeho delením a prejavmi stresu vo vybraných situáciách. Ďalej sa venuje osobnosti učiteľa a zvládaniu stresu v učiteľskom povolaní. Praktická časť je tvorená výskumom, ktorého sa zúčastnili pedagogický pracovníci na ZŠ Tyrše v Českej Lípe a jeho hlavným cieľom bolo nájsť odpoveď na výskumnú otázku „Na čom závisí spokojnosť v zamestnaní a stres v učiteľskej profesii?“.
