Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo v moštu, co nejširšího spektra odrůd révy vinné stanovit obsah vybraných přirozených antioxidačních látek. Do pokusu bylo použito celkem 40 vzorků révy vinné, ze čtyř vinařských obcí Uherské Hradiště-Mařatice, Polešovice, Velehrad a Perná. Odrůdová skladba čítala 25 odrůd. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to specify the content of selected natural antioxidant substances in the must of the widest possible spectrum of grape varieties. A total of 40 grapevine samples from the four wine-growing villages of Uherské Hradiště-Mařatice, Polešovice, Velehrad and Perná were used in the experiment.
