Bakalářská práce se zabývá léčebně rehabilitačním plánem po úrazu páteře a míchy s podrobnějším zaměřením především na pacienty s klinickým obrazem tetraparézy/plegie. V obecné části se věnuji anatomickým, fyziologickým a patofyziologickým poznatkům poranění páteře a míchy včetně možnosti vzniku komplikací v důsledku míšní léze a dále se zmiňuji o diagnostice a terapii. Abstract:
This thesis deals with medical rehabilitation plan after spinal cord injury with a detailed focus primarily in patients with clinical presentations of tetrapareses / plegia. In the general section is devoted to anatomical, physiological and pathophysiological knowledge spinal injuries including the possibility of complications due to spinal cord lesion and further mention of diagnosis and therapy. …more
