První kapitola vybrané problematiky směnečného práva se zabývá vymezením směnečné sumy na směnce. This thesis deals with selected requisites of bills of exchange and their interpretation by courts. Introductory part is focused on explanation of the term bill of exchange/promissory note with the aid of characteristic attributes of the bills.
