Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na dítě s epilepsií v kontextu koordinované rehabilitace. Cílem teoretické části bylo popsat a analyzovat aktuální stav zkoumaného problému. V teoretické části jsou popsaná teoretická a metodologická východiska práce, interakce koordinované rehabilitace u dítěte s epilepsií, tématika neformálních pečujících. Samostatná kapitola je věnována epilepsii z pohledu lékařské, sociální, pedagogické, psychologické a ekonomické rehabilitace u dítěte s epilepsií. V kontextu neformální péče o nemocné dítě s epilepsií byly popsány formy podpory, které přímo či nepřímo směřují k neformálním pečujícím.Výzkumná část navazuje na teoretickou část práce. Ve výzkumu byla užita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo objasnit, jakým způsobem probíhají interakce koordinované rehabilitace u dítěte s epilepsií. Zkoumat možnosti propojení mezi jednotlivými oblastmi koordinované rehabilitace u dítěte s epilepsií a analyzovat potenciálně kritická místa. Zkoumat podporu u neformálního pečujícího v rámci koordinované rehabilitace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on a child with epilepsy in the context of coordinated rehabilitation. The aim of the theoretical part was to describe and analyze the current state of the researched problem. The theoretical part describes the theoretical and methodological basis of the work, the interaction of coordinated rehabilitation in a child with epilepsy, the topic of informal caregivers. A separate chapter is devoted to epilepsy from the perspective of medical, social, pedagogical, psychological and economic rehabilitation in a child with epilepsy. In the context of informal care for a sick child with epilepsy, forms of support have been described that go directly or indirectly to informal carers. The research part follows the theoretical part of the work. A qualitative research strategy was used in the research. The aim of the research part of the work was to clarify how the interactions of coordinated rehabilitation in a child with epilepsy take place. To investigate the possibilities of interconnection between individual areas of coordinated rehabilitation in a child with epilepsy and to analyze potentially critical areas. Examine support for informal carers in coordinated rehabilitation.
