Program of pedagogical activities in terms of school visits conceived by Alliance Française of Brno

Abstract:

The main topic of the master thesis are the French language pedagogical programs performed by French Aliance in Brno. The programs are made for students of elementary and high schools. The main goal of the thesis is creation of the pedagogical resources, i.e. working sheets, which contain the activities focused on motivation of the students to learn French. Another goal is searching of answer to questions: „Is French Aliance the motivation aspect for students in French language school programs? Why is important to correctly determine the language level of students, who visit French Aliance? In which point are these two aspects correlated and how this connection reflects the satisfaction of students and overall success of the school programs.“ The thesis consists of two parts, i.e. theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on presentation of French Aliances around the world and in Czech Republic. The main interest is on contribution of the Aliance in Brno for the city and the South Moravian region. This part is also focused on the school programs, i.e. communication with the teachers, creation and realization of the pedagogical activities. Creation of activities is based on Commom European Framework of Reference. The practical part includes the detailed description of the working sheet, which contains four activities. The sheet is created and edited according to realized program. The conclusion of the thesis contains evaluation of the realized program using satisfaction questionnaire.

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této magisterské diplomové práce jsou pedagogické programy ve francouzském jazyce koncipované Francouzskou Aliancí v Brně. Programy jsou určeny žákům základních a středních škol. Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření pedagogických materiálů, tzv. pracovních listů, které obsahují aktivity zaměřené na motivaci žáků při učení se francouzskému jazyku a také hledání odpovědí na otázky: „Je Francouzská Aliance pro žáky a studenty motivačním aspektem ve výuce francouzského jazyka v rámci programů pro školy? Proč je důležité správně a přesně určit jazykovou úroveň žáků, kteří se účastní návštěv Francouzské Aliance? V kterém bodě se tyto dva aspekty střetávají a vzájemně se ovlivňují, a jak se tento vztah reflektuje na samotné satisfakci žáků a na celkové úspěšnosti programů pro školy?“ Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřená na prezentaci Francouzských Aliancí ve světě a v České republice. Soustředí se však hlavně na Francouzskou Alianci v Brně. Objasňuje přínosy této instituce pro Brno, jakožto i pro Jihomoravský kraj. V další části se zabývá přímo školními programy: od komunikace s vyučujícími, přes samotné vytváření pedagogických aktivit až po jejich realizaci. Při vytváření aktivit se opírá o Společný evropský referenční rámec pro jazyky. V praktické části je dále detailně popsán pracovní list obsahující 4 aktivity, vytvořený a upravený na základě již zrealizovaného programu. V závěru práceje následně vyhodnocen tento realizovaný program pomocí dotazníku spokojenosti.
