Tématem této rigorózní práce je insolvenční řízení a jeho důsledky pro plnění daňových a účetních povinností. Práce má za cíl popsat současnou právní úpravu insolvenčního řízení ve vztahu k plnění daňových a účetních povinností a to jednak z pozice insolvenčního správce tak také z pozice dlužníka.
