Controlling Information Systém and its IT Support
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je hodnotit a analyzovat procesy v hotelu pro účely controllingového informačního systému. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické aspekty controllingu. V druhé části je můj vlastní návrh použití controllingových nástrojů v reportech. Hlavním přínosem této práce je vlastní řešení rychlých reportů pro manažera hotelu. Tyto reporty mu pomáhají v důležitých rozhodnutích.

The aim of this work is to introduce and analyze processes in hotel that support controlling information system. The first part of this work is focused on teoretical aspects of the controlling. The second part is my own design of usage controlling tools in reporting. The main contribution of this work is my own solution of quick reports for manager of hotel.
