Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou nakládání s chemickými látkami. Hlavní důraz je kladen na úpravu nakládání s chemickými látkami na úseku výroby, dovozu, vývozu a uvádění na trh. Práce se zaměřuje na evropskou a českou právní úpravu. První část je věnována vymezení základních pojmů a pramenů právní úpravy. This thesis deals with legislation dealing with chemicals. The main emphasis is to regulate the management of chemical substances in the field of production, import, export and marketing.
