The law forms of enterprising

Abstract:

Ve své práci jsem si dala za cíl, podat podrobný přehled nejběžnějších právních forem podnikání v České republice. V úvodu Vás práce seznámí s podnikáním samostatného podnikatele. Dále následují definice a stručná charakteristika obchodních společností, na kterou navazuje podrobná analýza konkrétních forem obchodních společností. Další část práce je věnována družstvům. Závěr práce je zaměřen na porovnání výhod a nevýhod při zakládání a následném fungování všech forem podnikání v praxi. Práce končí výčtem, co přinesla novela živnostenského zákona a stručným přehledem programů podpory podnikání v České republice. Má práce slouží k zamyšlení nad tím, jaké nejčastější právní formy podnikání lze založit v naší republice, jaké s sebou přinášejí výhody a nevýhody a v neposlední řadě, jak je v naší republice drobné a střední podnikání podporováno.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis „The law forms of enterprising“ I aimed at giving a detailed review of the most common law adjustment of enterprising in the czech Republic. At the beginning, my work makes the acquaintance with undertaking of the freestanding entrepreneur. Further I gave the definitions and brief characteristics of business companies, followed by particular analysis of concrete forms of business companies. The next charter is about cooperatives. The conclusion of my work is concentrated to comparison of advantages and disadvantages by founding and operating of all forms of enterprising in practice. At the end my work oves the brief review of the programs, which support the enterprising in the Czech Republic. My work serves to think about the most common law adjustment founded in the Czech Republic, what advantages and disadvantages they bring and at the end, how is encouraged the small and middle enterprising in the Czech Republic.
