It specifically targets the aspect of memory consumption by an application running inside a Java Virtual Machine instance and the Java Virtual Machine Tool Interface. Táto práca sa zaoberá problematikou profilovania platformy Java. Konkrétne sa zameriava na aspekt využívania pamäte aplikáciami bežiacimi v inštancii Java Virtual Machine a na rozhranie Java Virtual Machine Tool Interface, použitie ktorého demonštrujem na príklade vyvinutej aplikácie, ktorá sa pripojí k sledovanej aplikácii a monitoruje jej spotrebu pamäte na halde a na zásobníku.
