Author: Andrea Mrázková Thesis title: The competences of employees of the commmunity care services in the field of elder abusing and neglecting This bachelor’s thesis talks about the competences of employees of the commmunity care services. The goal of this thesis is to discover what are the competences of care givers in the field of elder abusing and neglecting. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author defines the problem and brings us into the context by explaining the basic therms, such as elder abuse and neglect, community care service, competence. The methodological part introduces the chosen research strategy, technique of data collection, researched unit, and the process of data collection. The following part of the thesis analyses and interprets the essential findings, gives answers to each partial research question. In the conclusion the author sums up the results of the research and proposes possible solutions. The word count of the basic text: 12 261

Autor: Andrea Mrázková Názov práce: Kompetencie pracovníkov opatrovateľskej služby v oblasti problému domáceho násilia na senioroch Táto bakalárska diplomová práca pojednáva o kompetenciách pracovníkov opatrovateľskej služby. Cieľom práce je zistiť, aké sú kompetencie opatrovateliek v oblasti problému domáceho násilia na senioroch. V teoretickej časti autorka definuje problém a uvádza nás do kontextu prostredníctvom vysvtlenia základných pojmov ako je násilie na senioroch, opatrovateľská služba, kompetencie. V metodologickej časti predstavuje zvolenú stratégiu výskumu, techniku zberu dát, jednotku skúmania a priebeh získavania dát. Ďalšia časť práce analyzuje a interpretuje základné zistenia, predkladá odpovede na jednotlivé čiastkové výskumné otázky. V závere autorka práce zhrnuje výsledky výskumu a navrhuje možné riešenia.
