Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu řízení výrobních zásob v podniku Synthesia, a.s. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům získaným na základě rešerše odborné literatury. This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of the inventory management in Synthesia, a.s. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledges, that are got on the basis of literature search.
