Bakalářská práce se zabývá životní zkušeností mužů, kteří pracují jako pedagogové v lesních mateřských školách. Teoretická část přibližuje předškolní vzdělávání v jeho tradičním i alternativním pojetí a lesní mateřské školy, jako možnou alternativu. The bachelor's thesis deals with life experience of men working as teachers in forest kindergartens. The theoretical part describes preschool education in its traditional as well as alternative approach, and outdoor nurseries as a possible alternative.
