Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá především použitím zbraně bezpečnostními sbory 1. republiky. Představuje četnictvo, policii a finanční stráž včetně zákonných předpisů, upravujících použití zbraně v příslušných kapitolách, podkapitolách a oddílech. Jako doplněk práce představuje související bezpečnostní síly 1. republiky. Porovnává také stručně oprávnění k použití zbraně uvedenými sbory.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the topic of use of a weapon by the security forces of the first republic. It presents gendarmerie, police and Finance guard includingn the statutory regulations of use of the weapon in its chapters, subchapters and sections.
