The bachelor thesis analyzes active operations of commercial banks. First chapter consists of banking system in Slovakia and balance sheet with its items. They are assets, liabilities and non-balance sheet items. Bakalárska práca analyzuje aktívne operácie komerčných bánk. Prvú kapitolu tvorí banková sústava na Slovensku a bilancia banky, kde sú vysvetlené jej jednotlivé položky, ktoré ju tvoria. Jedná sa o aktíva, pasíva a mimobilančné položky.
