Reactions of acyl halides with phosphorus acid amides
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem reakcí chloridů karboxylových kyselin s amidy kyselin fosforu. V úvodní části textu je zpracován teoretický přehled o řešené problematice. V experimentální části jsou uvedeny syntézy dle postupů navržených na základě literární rešerše, které směřují k přípravě ligandů typu R-NH-P. Pro detailní studium reakčních směsí byla využita NMR spektroskopie.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we have studied the reactions of acyl chlorides with phosphorus acid amides. The introductory part of this text deals with theoretical overview. The experimental section describes synthesic procedures expected provide ligands of R-NH-P type. For a detailed study of reaction mixtures NMR spectroscopy was used.
