Strategic analysis of the Arex company

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce, bylo na základě výsledků analýz a nástrojů strategické analýzy nalézt příčiny záporných příjmů květinářství Arex a následně vytvořit řešení transformace záporných příjmů na kladné a zajistit předejití budoucímu krachu. Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí: Teoretická část a Praktická část. Teoretická část popisuje použité analýzy a následné teoretické vysvětlení jejich aplikace. Jejich aplikaci se věnuje Praktická část. Praktická část se dělí na dvě části. První část jsou externí analýzy podniku. Hlavními externími analýzami jsou: Pest analýza, Analýza odvětví, Analýza konkurence, Porterův model 5 sil. Druhá část se skládá z interních analýz, které jsou: Analýza vnitřních zdrojů a schopností, VRIO analýza, Portfolio analýza, Finanční analýza, hodnototvorný řetězec. Nedílnou součástí je také syntéza. Syntéza se skládala ze: SWOT analýzy, Analýza rizika. Výsledky těchto vyjmenovaných analýz byly na závěr shrnuty a přetransformování do výsledného doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was based on the results of analysis and strategic analysis tools to find the causes of negative income Arex florist and then create a solution to transform negative income to positive and ensure prevention of future bankruptcy. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts: Theoretical part and Practical part. The theoretical part describes the analyzes used and the subsequent theoretical explanation of their application. The practical part deals with their application. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part is the external analysis of the company. The main external analyzes are: Pest analysis, Industry analysis, Competition analysis, Porter's 5 forces model. The second part consists of internal analyzes, which are: Analysis of internal resources and capabilities, VRIO analysis, Portfolio analysis, Financial analysis, value chain. Synthesis is also an integral part. The synthesis consisted of: SWOT analysis, Risk analysis. The results of these listed analyzes were finally summarized and transformed into a final recommendation.
