Teoretická část práce je zaměřena především na legislativní otázku problematiky veřejných zakázek v České republice. Vedle legislativy jsou přiblíženy i elektronické aukce a různé možnosti jejich využití, zejména reverzní aukce při zadávání veřejných zakázek. The theoretic section of the work is mainly focused on the legislative issue of the procurement issue. In addition to the legal issue, electronic auctions and various possibilities of their usage are also described – especially the reverse auctions that are used in public procurement.
