Diplomová práce je zaměřená na řízení a rozvoj sportovní infrastruktury a sportovních aktivit měst Zlín a Trenčín. Za cíl práce jsem se rozhodl charakterizovat řízení, správu a rozvoj sportovní infrastruktury a zjistit jednotlivé formy podpory sportu. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. The thesis is focused on the management and development of sports infrastructure and activities of the city Zlin and Trencin. For the purpose of work I decided to characterize the management, administration and development of sports infrastructure and identify the individual forms of support for the sport.
