Abstract:

Absolventský projekt pracuje s knižním představením, které je inspirováno knihou Dášeňka čili život štěněte. Jeho cílem je seznámit skrze znakový jazyk, pohyb a vizualizaci neslyšící děti s příběhem, připomenout kromě zábavy i neveselé momenty, které se pojí s pořízením psího mazlíčka a přítomností knihy je namotivovat ke čtení. Po představení je možné v tématu dále pokračovat formou navazujících workshopových aktivit, které lze plně přizpůsobit potřebám cílové skupiny. Projekt popisuje samotnou knihu, zkušenosti s první realizací představení, proběhlý navazující program a představy o dalším využit knižního představení nejen pro dětské diváky.

Abstract:

This graduate project focuses on a performance, which is inspired by the book Dášeňka, the Life of a Puppy. Its aim is to acquaint deaf children with the story through sign language, movement and visualization. The performance shows not only fun times but also the unhappy moments that are associated with getting a puppy. The presence of the book in the performance is supposed to motivate children to read. After the performance, it is possible to follow up with themed workshop activities, which can be fully adapted to the needs of the target group. This project describes the book itself, the experience of doing the first performance, a follow up program and ideas for further use of the performance based on this book - for either children or adults.
