Ověření vhodnosti konstrukčního návrhu připojení vtokové soustavy na odlitek ve vtokové soustavě tlakové licí formy využitím simulačního programu

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací vtokového zářezu vtokové soustavy připojeného na odlitek. Odlitek je odléván ze slitiny hliníku EN AC 47100 – AlSi12Cu(Fe). Rozměry, respektive výška, vtokového zářezu jsou konstruovány dle výpočtů vycházejících z normy ČSN 22 8601 a podle metody NADCA. Úkolem práce je vymodelování vtokové soustavy a odlitku v programu Autodesk Inventor a určit vhodnost jednotlivých vtokových zářezů pomocí simulačního programu pro vysokotlaké lití. Z výstupu simulačního programu lze určit ideální výšku vtokového zářezu s ohledem na klíčové parametry plnění odlitku tekutou slitinou hliníku. Mezi klíčové parametry k posouzení patří například: rovnoměrnost a charakter plnění odlitku, rychlost taveniny v zářezu, schopnost kovu naplnit celý objem odlitku, průběh tuhnutí a ochlazování tekuté slitiny kovu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the gating notch in the gating system connected to the casting. Casting is cast from aluminum alloy EN AC 47100 - AlSi12Cu (Fe) The dimensions and height of the gating notch are designed according to the calculations based on ČSN 22 8601 and the NADCA method. The goal of the thesis is to model gating system and casting in Autodesk Inventor and to determine the suitability of the individual gating slots using the high-pressure die casting simulation program. From the output of the simulation program, the ideal height of the gating notch can be determined with respect to the key parameters of casting with the liquid aluminum alloy. Key parameters for assessment include, for example, the uniformity and character of the cast filling, the melt speed in the notch, the ability of the metal to fill the entire casting volume, the solidification process and the cooling of the liquid metal alloy.
